When your core bleeds entrepreneurialism and you’ve worked in every industry from retail to real estate, understanding how to define and develop a brand becomes second nature – insert Kane.Graduating from Columbia College Chicago with a BA in Music Business Management, Kane chose to dive into the reach of her knowledge base and experience to work with everyone from a currency trader to health insurance agent, as a personal shopper and disruptive technology architect. She developed her skill set as a relationship network-coordinator, brand execution strategist, outside the box marketing pioneer, mediator for rockstar personalities and tech-focused business enthusiast.Following her ambitions towards emerging technology platforms and mobile markets, Kane finished a top finalist in the City of Chicago Business Plan Writing Contest, and was named Ambassador for New Technology Platforms for the Chicago City Treasurer’s Office. Before joining the Collaborative she served as brand-strategist to house-music legend Vince Lawrence, and social media manager for two Dion Antic restaurants. Kane continues her work as the branding-machine at the Collaborative, where she helps develop, create and carry out the brand message of Christopher Foltz Collaborative. Kane also serves as Chief Brand Officer for the Collaborative.
Ashley StonemanVice President of Strategy
Ashley graduated from Indiana University in May 2011 with a degree in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business. Ashley moved to Chicago in August 2011 and worked as an Account Intern at HBG (Health Brand Group). Upon completion of the internship, Ashley was hired as an Account Executive at Christopher Foltz Collaborative. After becoming Senior Account Executive, Ashley moved to the strategy department where she is currently Vice President.In her role as Vice President of Strategy, Ashley develops the BREV Reports and CORE Brand Strategy Guides along with Chris Foltz and Kane Clamage. She also focuses on brand development, creating relationships, give-back models, offer refinement, exposure techniques, and promotions.Since joining the the Collaborative team, Ashley has worked closely with a wide range of clients including fashion designers, media personalities, mobile application developers, authors, doctors, and other well known public figures and businesses across the country.
Rico Allan LajomCreative Director / Graphic Designer
Rico is an energetic graphic designer from Chicago. Skilled and knowledgeable in print, web, and graphic design with an aptitude for working with multimedia. Flexible and versatile; he can work with different formats, technical or creative. He graduated with a BFA in Multimedia from the International Academy of Design & Technology.
Roxanna RodriguezGraphic Designer
Roxanna graduated from The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago with a B.F.A in Visual Communications. She is a Chicago based graphic designer who is a focused and dedicated individual. Her wide variety of artistic knowledge and creativity expands in typography, illustration, print, packaging, branding, identity, information, web design and shirt screening.On her free time you can catch her smiling and exploring the city with her DSLR camera or getting messy in paint, charcoal and graphite drawing her heart out.
Rebecca BerlinExecutive Office & Event Director
Rebecca Berlin recently graduated from the College of Business at Ferris State University, in Big Rapids, Michigan. Through the College of Business she earned her degree in Public Relations. She was Vice President of the Ferris State chapter of PRSSA from 2011-2012. She has headed up various fundraisers through Ferris State PR, setting the fundraising bar high for upcoming years. She was also part of the 2011-2012 Executive Board Team for the PRSSA Batman Case Study Competition; which was focused on childhood obesity.Rebecca worked as an intern at the Collaborative, during the summer of 2011 as an Associate Publicist; she has now moved up in the company and is working directly with CEO, Chris Foltz, as his Executive Assistant. Her and Chris work hand in handwith various charities on their public relations; as well as working on the vision and strategies for the company and various clients. Her hard work and outgoing personality is truly an asset to the Christopher Foltz Collaborative team.Rebecca was raised in Lincoln Park, prior to moving to Northbrook, where she attended Glenbrook North High School, graduating in 2008. She initially started her college education at the University Kansas before transferring to Ferris State in the fall of 2009. Ferris has provided her with a Public Relations degree through the College of Business, which allowed her to gain a background in business.
Jordan BarnesStrategy Support
Jordan is a recent graduate from the University of Dayton, majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Marketing. She’s had various internship experience in PR, marketing, development, and event planning. She recently moved to Chicago to pursue her passion for all things communication in a big city.Jordan recently joined the Christopher Foltz Collaborative team as an intern in the strategy department. She is excited to learn and grow as a communication professional and become an integral part of the Collaborative team.When she is not interning, Jordan likes to explore her new city and spend time with her boyfriend, friends, and dog Sadie.
